Ambroise Hair Institute - Refund Policy

At Ambroise Hair Institute, our goal is to provide the highest quality medical, aesthetic, and hair restoration services. Because our treatments involve personalized medical care, surgical procedures, and consumable products, it is important to set clear expectations regarding payments and refunds.
 

1. General Policy

• All fees for consultations, treatments, procedures, and products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Payments secure professional time, medical expertise, use of facilities, and/or custom-prepared services or products.
   

2. Consultations & Evaluation Fees

• Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future procedure if booked within 90 days.
   

3. Medical & Surgical Procedures

• Due to the individualized nature of hair restoration procedures, refunds are not offered once a treatment or surgery has been performed.

• Results vary by individual; no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

• If a patient chooses to cancel a scheduled procedure:

  • More than 14 days prior: Deposit may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee, or applied in full as credit toward future services.

  • Less than 14 days prior: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward rescheduling one time.
     

4. Non-Surgical Treatments (PRP, SMP, Medical Therapies)

• Payment for treatment packages (e.g., PRP series) is non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

• If a package is purchased and unused sessions remain, credit may be applied to other services of equal or lesser value within 6 months.
   

5. Retail Products (Shampoos, Supplements, Topicals)

• For health and safety reasons, all retail sales are final.

• Defective or damaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened or unused.
   

6. Prepaid Packages & Promotions

• Packages, memberships, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

• If a patient cannot complete a package for medical reasons verified by a physician, the unused portion may be converted to in-clinic credit.
   

7. Gift Cards & Credits

• Gift cards and in-clinic credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. They may only be applied toward eligible services or products.
   

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in rare circumstances, including:

• Duplicate billing or processing errors.

• Services not rendered due to provider cancellation.

• Situations required by state or federal law.
   

9. Florida Consumer Protection Compliance

Ambroise Hair Institute follows all applicable Florida laws, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), ensuring our policies are transparent and fair.
